Import Fees: We are not responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply to orders shipped to Canada.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re committed to ensuring you love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’re happy to offer free exchanges.
For returns, there will be a $10 flat fee deducted from your total refund to cover shipping and handling. Please note that all returns and exchanges must be made within our return window and meet our eligibility criteria.
Returns/Exchanges Window & Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.
Kindly note that returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Any items returned beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or sent back. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Return/Exchange Process:
Contact us at wear.nazaraa@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for your return/exchange - we’re a small business and learning as we go, so we’d appreciate the feedback as to why it didn’t work out!
Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a shipping label to send your item back to us. Please note that for exchanges, we will only be able to ship the new item once the old item has been returned back to us.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If your exchange is approved, we will ship out your new item and provide you with a new tracking link for delivery.
